A very wise friend once said to me, “Most of your new business will come from referrals from satisfied customers.” Satisfied customers will refer their friends and family because they trust you. An easy way to ask for referrals is to simply say, “The greatest compliment you can pay me is to refer me to your friends” and offer them a Referral Information card.
