Yes, you CAN transform your life – one habit at a time! Think about it…if you could do one thing every day that would change your life for the better, what would it be? The list may be long but we will help you pick JUST ONE THING and focus on it each day. Success creates more success.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • We will begin with a kick-off week to help you choose your area of focus.  Early in the week you will get your tools to use during this transformation.  Each day your coaches will ask you to shape your new habit until it is ready to launch.  We will also ask you to blog daily to let our group know how you’re progressing.  You will receive plenty of encouragement and support as you prepare to make a “Fresh Start”.
  • We will come together four times as a group by phone 4/17, 5/1, 5/8 & 5/15
  • You will have access to a private blog for this class to share your experiences and get assistance and advice from your coach.
  • We will email you every day to see how you’re doing and help you stay on track.
  • You will be offered and have access to individual coaching (for a small additional charge) to help you turn your new behavior into a life-long habit.
